Pont Neuf Advocatuur in The Hague is the law firm of Elisabeth Grunberg, qualified lawyer registered with the Paris Bar, and with The Hague Bar as an EU-lawyer.

The firm specialises in French civil and commercial law.

Your project or problem in France is our task:

• Negotiate and set up commercial contracts in French language (as well as in English or in Dutch).
• Advise on all kinds of aspects of French commercial law, product regulations.
• In a conflict situation : advise you on the best approach, negotiate with the other party, represent you before the French courts, or arbitrations. Execute Dutch judgments in France. Execute French judgments in the Netherlands.

Elisabeth Grunberg

I am a French lawyer living in the Netherlands since 2000. I graduated in law from the University of Strasbourg (France). I hold a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence (M.C.J.) from New York University and successfully passed the examinations for admission to the New York Bar. I received full professional training as « avocat » at the Paris Bar school where I was sworn into the Bar in 1995, and subsequently worked as an attorney in two Paris law firms. I am currently a member of the Paris Bar and registered as EU-attorney with the Dutch national Bar.

I set up the Pont Neuf law firm in 2018 after having worked in two Dutch law firms, and as in-house legal counsel in tw Dutch companies, in the maritime technology and data center industries.
